GSES uses online training modules that can be completed by students in their own time and space, as well as a physical practical component, exam, and design task completed at home
What was the relevance to developing workforce capacity and capability in the renewable energy sector?
GSES offers training for students to enable them to be eligible to apply for Clean Energy Council accreditation, as well as professional development in sector relevant topics. These courses equip for designing and installing in the solar sector, as well as offering up to date and sector relevant information.

Online course material encompassing entire course. Each chapter has relevant examples, quizzes and assessable questions as students work through the content.
Electricians or those with electrical engineering backgrounds
Completing the units of competency means that students are eligible for CEC accreditation.

E-learning has given GSES an insight into the knowledge that electricians bring to the PV industry, allowing more meaningful communication with industry operators. In turn, our students are provided with the information they require to become confident representatives of the renewable energy sector.
